SHIPPING
Unless otherwise noted prices listed DO NOT INCLUDE Shipping and Handling.  I charge you what I pay to ship something.  I may round it up to the nearest dollar but I do not make money shipping things.  I am not a shipping company.
 
HANDLING
I am often asked what is a handling charge and why we some times charge one?  The answer is: It is the cost of labor and materials to get something packaged up and to the shipping company that then delivers it to you. This can be just the cost of a box or the cost of crating up a large / heavy item.   

Millage is another handling charge. This charge is usually the result of a customer having special requirements.  An example of this would be if we have to make a special trip to some oddball shipper, like a bus terminal for a very large item.  Items requiring this kind of special service will result in the customer paying by the mile at a flat rate of $1.95/mile round trip.  The distance is based on bing.com.  We will calculate it starting from my local post office.  It is located at 143 Main Street, Maynard, MA 01754

Shipping and handling charges are not negotiable. The only exception to this is if you find a cheaper way for me to get it to you.  I don't make money on the shipping and handling. We at eMotorsports.org value our customers! We don't want you upset or feeling cheated.  Nothing is more irritating then being charged a shipping fee and then seeing the label on the package that is half that amount.  I get irritated with this.  It is simple  You pay the cost of the item plus the shipping cost plus any other costs to package it up / handle it.

UPS Pickup fee.  For some reason UPS has been charging me a $3.00 fee to pick things up.  If you want your shipping expedited this will be one of the costs.  Otherwise it will get shipped when I get to the UPS store.

WHERE WE SHIP TO
The USA, Shipping out of the country can be expensive so check with us first (via email) . If you send me a postal address I can get a quote.  Another thing.  I will not under any circumstance misreprosent what is in the box.   I have been asked to do this in the past.

INSURANCE
We will insure an item upon request but it is at your cost. I recommend insurance on all shipments. Once an item is shipped it is the recipients responsibility / problem if it is lost.  Insurance protects you!  Have you ever noticed that it is only the non insured items that seem to get "lost" or damaged?

OTHER
    - You can arrange to have things picked up by your shipper but we will not wait around for them to show up.  They must be prompt
    - We can bill to your UPS account.
    - We can ship overnight but please be aware of the added cost.
